Book Blogger Hop ~ Buying a Library Book

Have you ever read a library book you loved SO much, you just HAD to own it, so you bought a copy for yourself after returning the library book you had already finished? (submitted by Maria @ A Night’s Dream of Books)

Yes, although I bought them MUCH later than when I read them from the library. I read the Little House on the Prairie series in elementary school (and re-read them at least 10 times). That is the next book purchase on my list. I also read Perfect and started the Bloody Jack series in high school, and after graduation and making my own money, I bought both of these books. I own all the books in the Bloody Jack series now and I still adore them. I also did the same with the Harry Potter series, which I read through the Amazon Lending Library after I graduated college. I now own two box sets (one I’m going to give to my mom), and the illustrated copies that have been released.
