This is a new meme hosted by Sugar & Snark. It came about when Sugar was wondering which cover to use for her #70 Cover of the Week post. Sugar kept on thinking of more than one, and they all seemed to have a theme/characteristic. So she decided to switch things up a bit!
Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit). You don’t even need to participate, just stopping by and saying hi would be great! Don’t forget to stop by the other participants!
Today’s Cover Characteristic: Framed Photos
This week I’m keeping it simple. These are all books I have read within the last two years.
Upcoming Themes:
28th February – Gargoyle(s)
6th March – Hand(s)
13th March – Doorknob(s)
Then: kissing
Great choices! My favorite is probably Alice’s Portrait but I might be a little biased because I really enjoyed the book!
I LOVED it, too!
I probably like Glimmers or Regarding anna- but then again Alice’s Portrait looks like it has blood on it, and that makes it interesting! I don’t know what it’s about though…
Glimmers was pretty good. I haven’t read Regarding Anna yet. And yes, there was blood on Alice’s Portrait. It is EXTREMELY interesting. 😀 I reviewed it last May: https://girlof1000wonders.wordpress.com/2015/05/11/review-giveaway-alices-portrait/
Ooh how interesting how all these books have a similar color theme and style.
I think Alice’s Portrait is my favorite of your picks. But they’re all really good!
