What are you currently reading?

FeastofFates_CORRECT_cover_final-188x300I am working fast and furious to finish reading Feast of Fates by Christian A. Brown. This is only my second book coming out of my slump. I’m not sure if I’m entirely out of it, given how long it is taking me to finish a book, or if it is exacerbated by the fact that I have so little time to do anything right now.

The review will be up Friday.

24612691I forgot that I had started Jeff Anderson’s book, Zach Delacruz: Me and My Big Mouth. I’ve only read the first chapter so far, but I’m hoping to finish it Saturday. I know it’s going to be hilarious, and it seems Zach and I have one important thing in common: big mouths. And not the kind you eat Big Macs with!

DG CS cover 2014 flatI also started the first chapter of this hilarious sequel. Cynthia Port cracks me up! Dog Goner is the follow up to Kibble Talk.

Tawny and Dinky are the funniest pair of child-dog you’ve ever seen. Now pair them up with Tawny’s BFF Jenny and her dog Gunner, and they are on a mission!

Secrets will be revealed! Fondest wishes will be fulfilled! Permacrud will be . . . what the heck is permacrud, anyway? Find out in Dog Gone Dinky, the second book in the hilarious Kibble Talk series. Tawny and Jenny, along with their dogs Dinky and Gunner, have set themselves on a mission – or really, three missions. But there’s someone else with a fondest wish, and they’ll do anything to get it. Can Dinky save the day before he becomes a dog goner? Dog Gone Dinky is a fast moving and funny fiction story perfect for readers aged 7 to 12 or as a read-a-loud.

What did you just finish reading?

Not a thing. Yet.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Not Always Happenstance is my first review book for February, and then I will be clearing Scott Cramer’s The Toucan Trilogy books off my TBR.

How about you? What are you reading this week?
