This is a weekly meme hosted hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World of Words. To join in answer the following three questions and hop over to Sam’s and leave your link.

What are you currently reading?

Since I finished Eros Element last week, I had to start on the next book in the series, Light Fantastique. I barely started reading it last night since I’ve been listening to an audiobook, but what I have read so far already has the conflict brewing. I also foresee another love triangle in the midst.

6304335Monday night I was pup-free with the man doing Daddy Day Care with Baby and Lucy, so I was able to start and finish several household to-do’s. While I worked, I decided to try another audiobook, and I randomly selected Beautiful Creatures, which I knew nothing really about. It’s hard to tell, but I think I’m about halfway through it. I love the narrator and the story. I can’t wait to see how it ends.

What did you just finish reading?

I finished Eros Element, the first installment in the Aether Psychics series by Cecilia Dominic.

It seems everyone on this journey orchestrated by American Parnabay Cobb has a secret they most certainly want to remain secret, and there are such peculiar things that happen you almost have to wonder if it wasn’t a set-up from the very beginning.

Nothing gets me more interested faster than intrigue and suspicion. It’s like my chicken noddle soup!

I also read this absolutely hilarious parody of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. You have to be careful typing this one into Amazon or Goodreads…other things will show up.

The Knights Before Christmas is so stinking funny and cute.

‘Twas December 24th, and three brave knights were just settling in for the night when out on the drawbridge, there arose such a clatter! The knights try everything to get rid of this unknown invader (Santa Claus!), a red and white knight with a fleet of dragons . . .

But nothing would stop
their white-whiskered foe.
No matter their efforts,
he just would not go!

Read my review here.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I have a ton of stuff to read next! I’m seriously considering binge reading, so there is no telling what will show up next week.

How about you? What are you reading this week?
