The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, a post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things received, and share news about what is coming up on the blog for the week ahead. To get in on the Sunday funday, see the rules here: Sunday Post Meme. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Whooo! School is out for the summer! …But I’ll be back on Tuesday to teach summer school. This year didn’t seem to have the same sense of finality that last year did, but it is definitely over.
I also realize I have been procrastinating blog work. My inbox has been piling up, I’ve run aground on scheduled posts and I’ve even forgotten a few posts over the last couple months. You know where I’ll be spending some quality time. 🙂
Today is also the annual get-together of the country community I grew up in, and I will be sweating my tush off. The Texas heat has arrived.

That’s a quick turn around on starting summer school. Hopefully the hours are a little better than the school year. Good luck getting caught up and have a great week!
Oh, yes, the day is shortened. We’re only teaching language arts, since this year in Texas math scores did not count.
Yay! Thanks for including me here. Happy to hear school is already out for you. Have fun this summer!
I hope you enjoyed your short break! Good luck with summer School!
