WWW Wednesdays (August 6)

This is a weekly meme hosted by MizB @ Should Be Reading. To join in, click on the image above, and answer these three questions:

What are you currently reading?

22493296Since I have had professional development meetings to start off my last few weeks, and I am prepping for school to start up, my reading time is limited to what I can get in before falling asleep at night. I am sad to admit that I’ve read very little of this one, but I can say this: the character has a unique voice that is very true to her age and her generation. I like that a lot.

What I don’t like is that she describes herself and her brother, and they are biological opposites…he’s the one with blonde hair, she has black hair, so I’m not digging the cover.

What did you recently finish reading?

I surprised myself again! I finished four books within a 40 hour period. In total, I read five books since last week’s WWW Wednesday. Can I get a hell yeah? 😉

Look for the reviews of these two adult and middle grades books this month! My last book has nothing out yet, but that one will roll out at the end of the month.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Uunnamed (4)p next is the first book in the Witchbound series, Roots. I don’t know what to expect from he this book, but I am definitely intrigued by the covers! I want to know more about the symbols on them. Great marketing took, huh?

Look for a review at the very end of the month.

How about you? Have you read or TBRed any of these? What are you reading this week? Please leave a comment with either the link to your own WWW Wednesday post, or share your answers in the comments here (if you don’t have a blog). Thanks! 🙂
